About the event
Meets Tuesdays 10am-11am
This 6-week structured new moms' group will focus on resources available to support mothers during their postpartum journey.
Each week will feature an industry professional to lead the group through an experiential in their area of expertise- meaning presenting a skill or technique that may be helpful in the postpartum journey, while also giving participants a better idea of the service the expert provides.
Areas of discussion will include:
Pelvic floor health
Nutrition/baby led weaning
